Ingredients are 100% from Japan and made in Japan. No added salt, no additives and no preservatives.  Which means it will need seasoning.  Salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar(maple syrup). Be as creative as you want! 

These are meant for restaurants use.  Therefore, we recommend to cut open the dashi bag, use a spoon to scoop the desire amount of dashi powder and use loose teabags for dashi making. (Alot of teabags options on amazon) Each 200g packs are for 20 liters of water.  So a 2 liter portion would need 20g of dashi powder or you can adjust it to your preference.  Prepare dashi ingredients from cold water then turn on the stove.  After boiling, cook for about 10-15 minutes then it's good to go.  Store the unused portion in a cool dried area or preferably inside the fridge.

*Ingredients will expand during cooking so only fill up the teabag to 50% at most!
