淡路島産の肉厚の太刀魚を独自のタレで漬け込んで天日でしっとりと仕上げました。フライパンやトースターで少し炙って頂くと、香りと香ばしさをお楽しみ頂けます。細かく刻んで混ぜご飯としてもお楽しみ頂けます。

Tachi-uo (Largehead hairtail) is a common fish in Japan, and it is cooked in several ways.
“Tachi” means “sword”, and “uo” means “fish” in Japanese. It really looks like a samurai sword.  It is a sliver, long, slender fish that lives throughout the tropical and temperate oceans of the world. 

For mirin BBQ swordfish, syrup, mirin, sugar, and salt, along with other ingredients are mixed together to form a marinade for the fish. The fish are split open and air dried before marinating. Grill the marinated fish for a smoky and highly appetizing flavor.  Once grilled, the flesh is flaky and chewy.  Slightly warm it up and enjoy with steaming hot rice, or enjoy with sake!

大型白帶魚日本人稱為太刀魚,意思就像是一把日本武士刀一樣。白帶魚的肉質細膩,含脂量也夠,日本人在生魚片的分類裡把它歸類為「白身魚的發光亮皮魚之類」這類魚大多風味特殊,生活在水體表層 常見的水針、秋刀、竹筴,都是屬於這一類的魚

日本味醂烤太刀魚是以味醂醃裝後再燒烘,油脂清香。產品為日本淡路出產, 解凍後即可食用亦可放平底煎熱或放鐵絲網微烤後進食!吃時可蘸些沙律醬,各種食法都風味十足。
