Crafted in Japan by Chasandai, this sobacha is made from carefully roasted buckwheat grains, offering a warm, nutty aroma and naturally gentle sweetness.
Unlike traditional teas, sobacha is a caffeine-free infusion made from roasted grains rather than tea leaves. The roasting process brings out a comforting, toasty flavor with a smooth, clean finish, making it easy to enjoy at any time of day.
In Japan, sobacha is appreciated not only as a tea but also as a versatile ingredient. After brewing, the softened buckwheat grains can be enjoyed as a snack or used in cooking, adding both flavor and texture.
👉 Try sprinkling it over ice cream, just like nuts, for a lightly crunchy texture and nutty flavor.
