Made from organically grown green tea leaves cultivated in Shimane, Japan, this unique bancha is carefully aged for three years to develop a smooth, rounded flavour with a pleasantly mild finish.

The extended ageing process softens the tea's character, creating a comforting and easy-drinking Japanese tea that's perfect for everyday enjoyment.

Enjoy a warm cup with meals or during a quiet moment of relaxation.

Brewing Instruction

  1. Tea Leaves: Add 15g of tea leaves to a teapot.

  2. Water: Pour in 650ml of freshly boiled water (100°C / 212°F).

  3. Steeping Time: Allow to steep for 30 seconds.

  4. Serve: Pour evenly into teacups and enjoy the smooth, mellow flavour.
