The stunningly beautiful aromatic petit flowering shiso buds popularized in Japan for garnishing raw fish, salads, and meats.  These flowers can be left on the sprig for garnishes, or delicately stripped from the sprig and sprinkled on to dishes.  Shiso flower sprigs are the perfect aromatic garnish for cocktails.   

花穗紫蘇是在紫蘇花開至三成左右時收穫的狀態。花朵呈現出淡淡的紫色，除了可以搭配刺身、還可以在各種燒肉、沙拉等精緻料理中出現。甜美淡雅的花朵為料理增添新的色彩，也為食客帶來視覺上的享受。除了可帶來視覺上的享受之外，花穗紫蘇更是可食用花，淡紫色的小花有一陣清淡的香氣。
