Made with hand-squeezed Kito Yuzu from Tokushima Prefecture, this artisanal dashi soy sauce combines the bright aroma of Japan's finest yuzu with the rich umami of premium bonito and mackerel dashi. Naturally brewed soy sauce crafted from Japanese whole soybeans, wheat, and sea salt provides a smooth, well-balanced foundation that allows the fresh yuzu flavour to shine.
Unlike traditional ponzu, this yuzu dashi soy sauce contains no vinegar, resulting in a rounder, more mellow flavour with exceptional depth and fragrance. Perfect as a dipping sauce for sashimi, tofu, and hot pot, or drizzled over grilled fish, meats, noodles, and vegetables.
