Nagano Koyanagi Koshihikari Brown Rice 2kg

Grown by Koyanagi Farm in Kita-Shinshu, Nagano, this Koshihikari brown rice retains its natural bran and germ, giving each grain a pleasantly hearty texture, subtle nutty aroma, and the characteristic sweetness of Japanese Koshihikari.

To help preserve its quality and freshness, the brown rice is vacuum sealed before its journey from Japan, limiting its exposure to air while maintaining the natural character of the whole grain.

Once cooked, it develops a satisfying chew while remaining tender and flavourful. Enjoy it on its own for a wholesome bowl of rice, or mix it with white Koshihikari for a balance of soft, fluffy texture and the heartier character of brown rice.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. After opening, transfer the rice to an airtight container and consume promptly for the best flavour and freshness.
