Syukaen Queen Rouge Grapes 秀果園妃紅提

Queen Rouge is a new red grape variety developed in Nagano Prefecture by crossing "Unicorn" and "Shine Muscat" grapes. With a high sugar content of 20 to 22 Brix, it offers a strong sweetness with minimal acidity, making it pleasantly sweet without being overwhelming. The grape has a light Muscat aroma, similar to Shine Muscat, and provides a fresh, crisp flavor. Its thin, edible skin adds a satisfying bite, while the soft flesh leaves minimal skin residue, enhancing the overall eating experience.

妃紅提是長野縣開發的一種全新品種紅葡萄，由 “Unicorn” 和 “Shine Muscat” 葡萄交配而成。它的糖度高達 20 至 22 Brix，具有強烈的甜味，酸度很低，讓人感覺甜而不膩。這種葡萄帶有淡淡的麝香葡萄香氣，類似於 Shine Muscat，並散發出清新爽脆的風味。其薄而可食用的果皮帶來脆口的口感，而柔軟的果肉在食用時幾乎不留果皮殘渣，提升了整體的食用體驗。
