UCC Shokunin Coffee – Mild Blend

Expertly roasted by UCC’s coffee artisans, this blend features carefully selected beans designed to highlight a gentle aroma and mild sweetness. The result is a light-to-medium body with low bitterness, making it especially approachable for those who prefer a softer, cleaner coffee profile.

Using UCC’s refined roasting techniques and a portion of sun-dried beans, this blend develops a naturally sweet fragrance and smooth character, perfect for relaxed, easy drinking.

Each serving is individually packed in a convenient drip bag, allowing you to brew a fresh, aromatic cup anytime—no equipment required.

Brewing Instructions

1. Tear open the drip bag along the top seal.
2. Pull apart the hooks and place the filter securely over your cup.
3. Pour a small amount of hot water (90–95°C) to wet the grounds and allow to bloom for 20–30 seconds.
4. Slowly pour remaining hot water (approx. 140–180 ml) in 2–3 stages.
5. Let the coffee fully drip through, then remove the filter.
6. Serve and enjoy immediately.
