Buckwheat noodles or soba, are a staple in Japanese cuisine. Chewy with a grainy texture, buckwheat noodles are eaten hot, cold, or at room temperature. The dough is made from a combination of wheat and buckwheat flour and can be found in a variety of thicknesses, in either a round or square shape.
Sift off any excess flour from the soba noodles. Loosen them and add to at least 2 liters of boiling water. Boil for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they reach your desired firmness.
日本蕎麥麵(蕎麦, Soba)是由蕎麥粉製成的細長麵條,在日本料理中有著悠久的歷史與重要地位。根據不同的製作方式,蕎麥麵可以是純蕎麥粉製成,也可能混合小麥粉以增加彈性與口感。其獨特的堅果香氣與微微的甘甜風味,使其成為日本料理中深受喜愛的主食之一。
將蕎麥麵上的多餘粉末篩掉。輕輕撥散麵條後,放入至少 2 公升的沸水中煮沸。煮約 3 至 4 分鐘,並不時攪拌,直到達到您想要的口感。
