Hakata no Shio is one of Japan’s most beloved sea salts, crafted using a traditional slow-drying method that preserves natural minerals and delivers a clean, mellow saltiness without sharp edges. Produced by dissolving sun-dried imported sea salt in Japanese seawater, the brine is slowly boiled and naturally dried over several days.
