アイスクリームベースは、素材本来の風味を逃さぬよう低温で殺菌・ 冷却。その後、フリーザーで冷却 撹拌していきますが、冨士冷菓の アイスクリームは空気の含有量 (オーバーラン)を適度に抑えた 濃厚でなめらかな口当たりが特徴です。
