Ichida persimmons (市田柿) are a specialty of Iida City in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. They are a variety of astringent persimmons (shibugaki) that are traditionally dried to create a sweet, chewy, and naturally sugared treat. Ichida persimmons are highly regarded for their quality and represent a traditional Japanese preservation method. They’ve gained popularity not only in Japan but internationally among enthusiasts of Japanese cuisine. Eaten as a snack, paired with green tea, or incorporated into desserts.
長野縣名物市田柿乾盛產期為 12 月至 2 月,已擁有百年歷史,因為氣候條件,使該地出產的柿子甜度特別高!利用古早傳承下來的技術,將柿子反覆風乾烘烤,保留最純粹的風味甜美,像雪花覆蓋的白霜正是糖分形成的結晶。味道甜美的同時亦富含膳食纖維及維他命 A 維他命 C,好吃又健康,深受日本人喜愛。
