米麹仕立天然醸造醤油 招寿 300ml

Shouju has all the benefit of Hyakuju soy sauce with the added sweetness and aroma of Rice Koji.  Because of the added flavor this is the perfect soy sauce for seasoning grilled udon noodlesfried rice and especially nikujaga(meat and potato stew) and sukiyaki hotpot. 

(Koji is a fermentation made from grains or legumes (rice, soybean, etc.), using the microscopic fungus called Aspergillus oryzae. )
