有機梅干し (JAS Certified Organic)

Organic umeboshi are pickled plums made from organically grown Japanese ume fruits (which are actually closer to apricots than Western plums). These fruits are pickled using natural sea salt for added flavor. The "organic" label means no synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or preservatives are used at any stage of farming or processing.

Guérande Salt - It is pickled using hand-harvested salt crafted by skilled artisans in the salt fields of Guérande, Brittany, France.

Ichi no Shio - Made with Kakarajima salt from Saga Prefecture, carefully produced by slowly evaporating seawater from the wave-rich Genkai Sea at low temperatures.

Himalayan Pink Salt - It is soaked in pink rock salt sourced from ancient Himalayan salt deposits.

Ume no Sei - Marinated with salt made by sun-drying seawater from Izu Oshima and crystallizing it using a traditional flat-pan method.

Umeboshi are known for their powerful alkalizing and detoxifying properties. Traditionally used in Japan to support digestion, reduce fatigue, and combat nausea, these pickled plums are rich in citric acid and antioxidants. They may help stimulate appetite, promote gut health, and maintain the body’s pH balance. Just one small piece can have a noticeable effect on well-being.

Culinary Uses:

  • Served with plain rice or congee (especially in onigiri)

  • Used in sauces, dressings, or teas (like umeboshi-kombu-cha)

  • Sometimes eaten straight for its supposed hangover-curing effect

有機梅干是以有機栽種的日本梅子製成的醃製食品(其實它們與西方的李子相比,更接近杏)。這些梅子使用天然海鹽醃製,以增添風味。「有機」標示代表在種植或加工的任何階段都未使用合成農藥、化肥或防腐劑。
