A full-flavored, seasoned dashi pack blending traditional Japanese dried fish, kelp, and mushrooms with salt, sugars, and soy sauce powder. This pack produces a rich, well-rounded broth without needing additional seasoning, making it perfect for quick, convenient cooking with consistent results.
Recommended Usage

How to Prepare:
- Add 1 dashi pack to 400–500 ml of water (about 2 cups). Bring to a boil.
- Reduce to low heat and simmer for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove the dashi pack — the broth is already seasoned and ready to use.

Bonito flakes, mackerel flakes, dried sardines, frigate mackerel flakes, kelp, shiitake, salt, glucose, sugar, starch hydrolysate, soy sauce powder (contains wheat & soy), seasoning (amino acids).
