Marusho Chanpon-zu Ponzu is a uniquely balanced Japanese ponzu made by blending five different citrus juices — yuzu, daidai (bitter orange), yuko, kabosu, and sudachi — with soy sauce, natural dashi, and a touch of mirin and plum for subtle sweetness and depth. Named “Chanpon” to reflect its mixed-citrus character, this ponzu offers a complex yet harmonious flavor profile that brightens a wide variety of dishes.

Versatile and light, Chanpon-zu Ponzu is perfect as a dipping sauce for grilled fish, meats, seafood, or tempura, and also shines when used as a dressing for salads, a finishing sauce for noodles, or a flavor enhancer in hot pot dishes.
