Marusho sushi vinegar is a traditional Japanese seasoned rice vinegar crafted to bring the authentic flavour of Edo-era sushi rice into your kitchen. Produced using carefully brewed domestic rice vinegar, natural kelp, and fine dashi seasonings, this vinegar offers a balanced, savory-sweet taste that makes perfect sushi rice in one step — no additional seasoning needed.

Versatile and refined, it is not only ideal for sushi or chirashi rice, but also excellent when used as a base for dressings, vinegared side dishes, or light sauces — a truly all-purpose vinegar for Japanese cooking.

How to Use:

  1. Cook Japanese short-grain rice as usual.
