Okinawa Keats Mango 沖繩濟慈芒果

Discover the unique taste of Okinawa Keats Mango, a rare green-skinned mango grown under the warm subtropical sun of Okinawa, Japan. Unlike the familiar red Apple Mango, Keats Mango retains its distinctive green exterior even as it ripens, revealing beautiful golden-yellow flesh inside.

Known for its rich sweetness, smooth and juicy texture, and fragrant tropical aroma, Keats Mango offers a deeply satisfying flavour with very little fibrousness. Its large size and generous amount of flesh make it especially enjoyable served simply chilled and sliced, allowing its natural sweetness and creamy texture to shine.

For best result, please ripen mango in room temperature until yellowish green and the surface of the mango becomes soft to touch.
