Keats mango that is produced in Ishigakijima, an outlying island in Okinawa. This fruit is not that fibrous, so it has a smooth texture to the tongue, as well as a sweet, robust taste that melts in your mouth. Another characteristic of this fruit is its large size, with a single piece weighing between 700g to 2kg. Its cultivation requires a lot of effort, so there are only a few farmers that grow Keats mangoes. This rarity has led to its name “maboroshi no fruit” (phantom fruit).
For best result, please ripen mango in room temperature until yellowish green and the surface of the mango becomes soft to touch.
在沖繩的陽光下精心種植的濟慈芒果,平均果重在700g-2kg。 外形飽滿,呈漂亮的綠色,帶光澤。芒果味清香,非常厚肉,果汁充沛,果肉軟又爽滑,無渣。由於只有少數農民種植,所以有被稱為幻之芒果。
