Harimaen Organic Uji Hōjicha is a fragrant roasted green tea from Uji, Kyoto — Japan’s most celebrated tea region. Carefully slow-roasted over charcoal, it delivers a deep, toasty aroma with notes of caramel and wood, balanced by a clean, smooth finish. Naturally low in caffeine, Hōjicha is gentle on the stomach and ideal for any time of day, even evening.
Harimaen uses organically grown tea leaves cultivated without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, ensuring pure, authentic Japanese flavor that highlights the warmth and simplicity of everyday tea drinking.

Brewing Suggestions:
• 2–3 g (about 1 tsp) per cup
• Water: 200 ml at 90 °C (195 °F)
