"Nijumaru" is a new breed that Saga Prefecture spent more than 20 years developing. It is a citrus fruit that allows you to enjoy the exquisite harmony of size, aroma, texture, juice, sweetness, and sourness. Nijumaru is harvested from the end of December to January, and then stored in a storage facility for about 1-2 months. During this storage period, the sweetness is concentrated and the acidity is reduced, resulting in a sweet refreshing taste.
