Suehiro Double Brewed Sashimi Soy Sauce (Saishikomi Shoyu) is a rich, full-bodied soy sauce crafted in Tatsuno, Hyogo — one of Japan’s most famous soy-brewing regions. Instead of using saltwater for the second fermentation, Suehiro uses finished soy sauce, creating a deeper color, rounder flavor, and luxurious umami that perfectly complements sashimi, sushi, tofu, and grilled dishes.
Naturally brewed using traditional wooden barrel fermentation, this soy sauce delivers a velvety texture and smooth finish with balanced sweetness and aroma. Its mellow intensity enhances the flavor of raw fish and delicate dishes without overpowering them.
