Cooking Instructions
1. Defrost the unagi to room temperature, or place the vacuum-sealed package in hot water for about 5 minutes to warm.
2. Remove from packaging.
3. Heat gently in a toaster oven or oven until warmed through.
4. Brush with the included sauce before serving for best flavor.
