有機栽培特有の野菜本来の味が濃く、えぐ味が無く⾁厚で柔らかく、アクが少ないので根っこまで　美味しくいただけます。品種は季節により変更しま す。ハウスでの栽培です。

You may be used to eating spinach leaves in salads, or sautéed.  In Japan spinach is rarely eaten raw. The most common way to eat spinach is to blanch it briefly. You may lose some nutrients when you do this, but it's more than made up for I think by the fact that you can eat a whole lot more spinach than in a salad or so.  The Japanese version, horenso, originates from Sakura, and is particularly dense in calcium and iron.  

菠菜口感鮮嫩、味道清爽澀味淡，是日本人常用的蔬菜之一。含豐富的抗氧化物及維他命A、C，有益於眼睛健康、抗氧化、預防癌症及降血壓。
