Gyokuro is a premium tea with a sweet, mellow, and umami-rich flavor. It’s similar to matcha but consumed as brewed leaves rather than powder. The leaves are shade-grown like matcha but not ground into powder.
This premium Gyokuro tea is crafted from leaves harvested in Ohishitaen(覆下園), tea fields that are shaded for over 20 days to block sunlight. It is distinguished by its signature mellow sweetness and rich aroma.
沖泡方法:用攝氏 60 度熱水,沖泡 2 至 2分半鐘即可。沖泡玉露茶的特色是水溫較低,水溫過高則會使茶湯產生澀味。
玉露是綠茶中最高級的茶。將茶滾過舌尖,仔細的舌尖品味玉露茶的甘味,奢侈的嗜好品。
