京丹波町にて京都産の杉を使って栽培された美味しくて大粒なしめじ。旨味があり、大粒なので歯ごたえもプリプリ、シャキシャキ。豊かな食感と本物の風味をお試し下さい。活力の素であるアルギニンを多く含み、ビタミン、ミネラルも他のきのこ類の3~5倍あります。

Tanba Shimeji mushrooms are best suited for cooked applications such as frying, sautéing, braising, stewing, and roasting as their raw flavor tends to be unpalatably strong. They can be used in soups, bisques, stews, casseroles, omelets, noodle dishes, stir-fries, hot pot, rice dishes, and sauces. They also hold up well to deep-frying and can be made into tempura or are commonly stir-fried with butter and soy sauce. 

Tamba Shimeji are very healthy. Rich in dietary fiber, low in calories, and packed with vitamins B and D, potassium, copper, iron, and calcium. 

丹波菇,是源自日本的珍貴蕈種,富含食物纖維、礦物質以及維他命,營養又健康。丹波菇與松茸同屬口蘑科的菇種,所含的食物纖維約番薯的1.5倍,營養價值與低熱量的海帶芽相同。
